Wondrous Green Breakfast Smoothie

This is my go-to breakfast smoothie when I need something quick and filling since I am the type of person who can eat dinner for breakfast.

  • 4 kale leaves
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (or frozen mixed berries)
  • 2 Tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 Tbs of almond butter
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 Tbs raw honey
